Designed for a couple entering a new chapter as empty nesters, this renovation focused on creating lighter, more functional spaces while bringing a fresh perspective to their home. In the kitchen, we worked with the existing cabinetry while updating the countertops, backsplash, lighting, hardware, plumbing fixtures and window treatments for a completely refreshed look. The adjacent bar was reimagined as a dedicated wine bar, adding both function and character.

The primary suite received a more complete transformation. Both the bedroom and bathroom were redesigned to feel lighter, brighter and more intentional, with improved functionality and thoughtfully integrated storage throughout. The result is a home that feels refreshed, elevated and better suited to the way our clients live now.
