With our Signature Design Day, you get to cross the most important tasks off your design to-do list.
To kick off your signature design day, I’ll arrive at your door, ready to get to work with your favorite coffee in hand.
Then, we’ll spend 6 hours digging into your current design dilemmas. From brainstorming and sketches to materials, furniture, and paint selections — the time is yours to spend where you need it most.
Not only will I share recommendations and ideas in real time, but I’ll keep track of everything we discuss and create a custom presentation for you. So you’ll have all the important details (from notes and paint colors to shoppable links) in one easy-to-access spot, ready for whenever you need them.
Have another question pop up that you wish you’d asked? No problem! Your Signature Design Day also includes a 30 minute follow-up call to keep you feeling confident and ready to make your design vision a reality.

You are looking to transform your space in a short amount of time, can make quick decisions, and are available to work side by side with Maya for 6 hours in one day.

You want to ensure that your space is fully designed with all details outlined, you want custom furniture, you are not available for a 6 hour block of time (Maya will need your feedback from time to time, the more available you are the faster she can design).

Our signature design day is a flat rate fee of $2,600 which covers all of our time together, plus the time it takes us to put your presentation together after we meet and our 30 minute follow up phone call. If you choose to do two Signature Design Days back to back the cost per day is $2,400.

While every project is unique, during a Signature Design Day we can accomplish one of the following:
Furniture and Decor for 1-2 rooms with floor plans
Selections for a Kitchen and or Bathroom with space planning
Review and redline design plans and create a list of revisions for your Architect for a full home remodel or new build, plus space planning if time allows
The Design Only Process

You fill out the inquiry form on our website and we send you a link to schedule a complimentary 20-minute call to discuss your project needs, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit. If you're excited and inspired after our conversation, we will schedule the Signature Design Day with you.

Once a date is selected we will send you an invoice and letter of agreement. Once they are signed and paid, your date is locked in.

We will send you a questionnaire to fill out prior to our meeting day. This will help us make our time together as effective and efficient as possible.

Maya arrives at your house with your favorite coffee/tea in hand! We walk through your spaces, go over your priority list and spend the rest of our time designing. Lunch will also be provided (because no one wants to design on an empty stomach).

Maya will create a design presentation with everything sourced and designed during your Signature Design Day. There will be clickable links for any items you will need to purchase, vendor references if applicable, and directions for install where needed.

You schedule your follow up meeting with Maya within 30 days of receiving your final design.
